Easy Granola and Yogurt
I like to use this meal if I'm too tired to make cream of wheat, or on days when my daughter is exceptionally picky.
Yogurt, any kind, our favorite is vanilla
Rolled oats (or granola)
Shredded Coconut
Pecans and/or Walnuts
Banana
Berries (optional)
Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
If you have the time, you could also soak the oats in juice, such as pear juice, overnight and it will soften them more.
You can also use plain yogurt and add a tablespoon of applesauce to sweeten it.
