One Minute Vegan Brownies In A Mug

  For those chocolate cravings when you don't want to wait for anything to bake in the oven-this one's for you!  Actually, this recipe was a happy accident and the more I made it the more I loved it and thought I MUST share it with you. My new children's book (coming June 18th!!) is something that I knew I'd write years back.  I'm one of those people who jots down ideas all the time...whether it be recipes, book ideas, designs I like, etc.  I was going through my big binder full of ideas (I categorize them by books, food, art-you get the picture) and found the paper with "Cow Escapes" written on it.
