I can’t say enough about this smoothie. It’s a miracle drink for sure. It’s also an anti-inflammatory smoothie. - 1-2" chunk turmeric root
- ½" chunk ginger root
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot stick
- 1 apple, cut into chunks, skin left on if organic
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 Tb. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tb. walnuts
- ½ avocado (or use ½ banana for creaminess)
- 1 handful greens (kale, spinach)
- 2 C. ice
- 1½ C. filtered water
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
