Quick Berry Smoothie Smoothie Photo

1 cup vanilla or plain soymilk
1/3 cup berries
1 banana
1 tsp real vanilla extract

optional: flax seeds, soy or real yogurt,
mixed fruits

Blend in a blender for 30-60 seconds. Pour. Enjoy!

 

This mix is also great frozen into popsicles.
