Different twists on the traditional PB sandwich.
Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwiches
Spread two pieces of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
Add banana slices.
Sprinkle toppings like flax seeds or flaked almonds if desired.
Peanut Butter-Strawberry Whole Wheat Toast
Toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread
Spread 1-2 Tbls peanut butter on the toast
slice fresh strawberries and arrange all over the peanut butter
Eat with a glass of skim milk

If you think about it, it's a more natural version of the classic PB&J.
Peanut Butter Sandwiches with Flaked Almonds
Slather a piece of bread with Peanut butter, add a few pinches of flaked almonds and flax seeds, if desired. Top with another piece of bread and cut in four.
The nuts add a nice crunch to an otherwise every day sandwich.
